GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!

Monday, for Family Home Evening, we went to the Real Madrid Fútbol Stadium.  I loved it so much!!!

I wore my Honduras jersey :)  We had to walk up lots of stairs, but the excitement was palpable :)

The stadium was BEAUTIFUL!

And we took lots of photos

We also walked through the museum and saw several trophies and the evolution of soccer in Madrid

Including how the Real Madrid escudo has developed

More memorabilia:

They also had these horns you could listen to that had random things like the hymn of the team or their first goal on the radio, etc.

You could also take a picture of yourself and become part of a mural

After watching this REALLY cool video, we got to walk around the field and through the locker room

After that, we got to RUN ONTO THE FIELD!!!!

Well, onto the sidelines.  The field was blocked off. But we did get to sit in the actually chairs the players sit in!

So, one day, near the beginning of the trip, Ashlyn started talking about community naps ( whenever a group of people all take a nap in the same room at the same time), and now it has become a running joke to put the word "community" in front of anything that is shared.

So, here is a picture of the community shower:

We had fun pretending to interview people in the press room

I love these people so much.
